Terri Van is the president and chief executive officer of Virtus Enterprise, which she founded in 2007. Virtus Enterprise is a consulting company focused on supplying our clients with innovative solutions in the area of management consulting including acquisition management, program management, technical management and systems engineering. Virtus Enterprise has provided these professional services to the Federal government and commercial clients since 2007. Ms. Van holds a Master of Science in Technical Management and Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering. She is well-versed in Program Management, Acquisition Management, Technical Management, and Systems Engineering. During her employment tenure with private sectors, she directed and led teams on many important and complex projects. She held various director positions at Fannie Mae in Systems Engineering, System Design/Development, Enterprise Shared Services, Quality/Test Management.
